Judging will be Sun Sep. 7, 2008 at 8:30 am

All entries must be made by September 1, 2008

Rules:

  1. Entry fees will be $2.00 for ponies, mules, donkeys, and $3.00 for draft horses.
  2. All exhibitors must purchase an exhibitor’s pass.
  3. Age of horse, ponies, mules, donkeys will be computed from Jan.1.
  4. Open show, registered and grade show together
  5. Exhibitors will be limited to two entries per class.
  6. Awards will be given only to breed listed.
  7. All entries must present a health certificate of veterinary inspection within 45 days of Williams County Fair.
  8. Entries will be accepted until barn is full.
  9. All entries must arrive on Friday Sep. 7, 2007 between 8 am  and 8 pm. And must enter through the livestock gate only.
  10. An exhibitor who has no competition in a class will be awarded 1st and 3rd premiums on two entries.
  11. Show is open to all counties and states with fairs that are open to Williams County.
  12. All classes with or without competition shall go to the judging ring.
  13. The society will not furnish hay nor bedding.
  14. Exhibitors are responsible for cleaning stalls at end of fair.
  15. Judges decision on whether to measure ponies is final.
  16. Judges decisions are final.
  17. Prize money will be mailed.
  18. All draft horses, ponies, mules, and donkeys will be released on Thursday, Sep. 13 after Haul-In Show  and must be out by 8 am on Friday Sep. 14 to make room for the Beef  show.
