All booths will be judged unless otherwise requested.

Exhibits are part of a member’s project; refer to the project guidelines for exhibiting requirements.

Booths will be judged on the following points:

• Shows members project to the best advantage. Includes general appearance, neatness, and lettering - 50 points

• Use of theme – 20 points

• Arouses and holds interest - 10 points

• Unity or consistency – 10 points

• Tell the 4-H Story – 10 points
   

Score sheets may be picked up after the contest and may or may not be displayed as the club wishes.

Clubs may remove projects and take down booths from 1- 3 pm on Sunday, Sept. 16.

Trophies will be displayed in the first, second, and third place winners. Honorable mentions will also be noted.
