For Children Ages 3-10

Rules:

  1. Coins will be hidden in sawdust.
  2. Children can keep the coins they find.
  3. Age groups will be separated.
  4. Registration begins at 11:30 am

Child’s Pedal Tractor Pull & Racing

Monday, Sep. 8, 2008 at 1 pm

Location:  In the Activities Shelter

Rules:

  1. Boys and girls are eligible to enter.
  2. $2 entry fee.
  3. The contestant must be able to pedal the tractor without assistance.
  4. Pedal tractors will be furnished for all participants.
  5. All contestants must wear shoes.
  6. Judge’s decision will be final for all pulls.
  7. Each participant gets two tries to go over the 4-foot mark.
  8. No jerking.
  9. If tractor breaks, participant can pull with another tractor.
  10. If tractor or sled goes off the track, participant will be stopped and measurement will be taken.
  11. In the event of a pull-off, participant gets choice of tractor, with signed permission slip in hand.
  12. All contestants must be present by the time of pedal pull with signed permission slip in hand. The required signature of parent or guardian releases Williams County Agricultural Society from any financial responsibility due to accident.
  13. Trophies for first place in each class.
  14. Registration time is noon.

Classes:

1a - First Class Girls 25-43 lbs

1b - First Class Boys 25-43 lbs

2a - Second Class Girls 44-59 lbs

2b - Second Class Boys 44-59 lbs

3a - Third Class Girls 60-75 lbs

3b - Third Class Boys 60-75 lbs

4a - Fourth Class Girls 76-100 lbs

4b - Fourth Class Boys 76-100 lbs
