Rules:

  1. Entries must be received and in place on Sep. 5, 2008, between 10am and 7pm.  All entries must be submitted to fair office by Sep. 1, 2007.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
  2. Judging to be done on Sep. 5, 2008.
  3. No exhibit removed before Sunday Sep. 14, 2008, between 9am and 12pm will receive a premium.
  4. An exhibitor may enter two entries per class, but will only receive one premium per class.
  5. The management reserves the right to determine whether an article is worthy of exhibition (no nudes).
  6. Pictures must be mounted and be equipped for permanent hanging on back.
  7. Name and address and date of work must be on back of entry.
  8. Judge’s decision is final.
  9. Best of Show for each department receives a rosette ribbon.
  10.  An exhibitor’s pass must be purchased if entering any class.
  11. Williams County Agricultural Society is not responsible for loss or damage of entries.

Premiums: First place $3.00; Second place $2.00; Third place $1.00
